This premium quality hot sausage is the most popular traditional salame from Calabria. It is obtained from the shoulder and bacon of the pork. Medium cut, it is seasoned with hot peppers from Calabria and cured for at least 30 day. The meat then stuffed into natural casings with its characteristic horse-shoe shape.

We deliver Nationwide. Delivery fees start at £4.99 for standard delivery and £6.99 for next day delivery. We offer FREE delivery on orders over £69.
