The company "Gualtieri Brunella" is an independent artisan company founded in 1999 based in Catanzaro, Calabria whose aim is to carry on the culinary traditions of the Calabrian region. The production involves a variety of Calabrian grown vegetables, pre-cooked derived animal food, pickles and preserves. In addition to the classic Calabrian chilli, some of the company’s most popular products are the "Morzello Catanzarese" and the famous "N'duja di spilinga". An all-female company that has grown rapidly in recent years and it is actively contributing to making real Calabrian traditional products known throughout Italy and in the rest of the world.
