Do you offer FREE delivery?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery on order above £69.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday. You will receive live tracking information of your parcel via email. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
What delivery fees do you offer?
We offer Next day and Standard Delivery.
Next working day delivery is £8.99. Standard delivery (2-4 working days) is £5.99.
Is there a cut off time for Next Day Delivery?
Yes, cut off time is 12pm.
Why didn’t I receive a product I ordered?
Unfortunately sometimes it may occur that items are out of stock, these items will be removed from your order and you will receive a refund within 5 working days. If you don’t receive a refund during this time please email us at info@vigoritalianfood.co.uk
I don’t have an email address, can I still receive live updates of my order?
An email address is required in order to book the courier. If you are having issues please contact us at info@vigoritalianfood.co.uk
Can I add items to my order?
Yes, simply make an additional order and add a note stating your original order number. We will be able to link the orders together and refund your postage of the second order. All items/parcels will be delivered together, as long as the second order is made before any cut off time.
Do you ship internationally?
For the moment, we only deliver within the UK.
