Schiacciata Piccante - approx 400g

Spianata, also commonly called schiacciata, is a salami that stands out from other Calabrian sausages due to its size. It is obtained from ham and pork shoulder, minced medium cut, with the subsequent addition of lard removed from the upper part of the loin and flavored with ground chilli and grains of black pepper. Produced without gluten and milk derivatives, the esplanade comes in two variants: spicy and sweet.
