The typical dessert of the Easter tradition, prepared according to the original recipe. Bauli's pastry art honours the queen of holidays: Easter is celebrated with the Classic Colomba, made with sourdough and left to rise for a long time for an extraordinarily soft dough. The Colomba Classica is made with fresh eggs, selected flour, quality butter and candied orange, with a sweet almond coating and a delicious granulated sugar.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, candied orange peel (15%)(orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), eggs, butter, sugar nib (7%), natural yeast (wheat), almonds (2,7%), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower oil, rice flour, salt, egg white powder, skimmed milk powder, flavourings. May contain nuts and soy.
