In 1980 near the Umbrian city of Pietralunga, Giovannino Cecchini known as "Jimmy" chose to transform his passion for truffles into a job and together with his wife Daniela he founded Jimmy Tartufi. A reality that from the heart of Umbria has managed to bring truffles to Michelin starred restaurants as well as private kitchens.

Tartufi Jimmy specialises in the sale of fresh truffles and in the production of high quality truffle-based preserved products.
